Reports indicate that candidates are embedding hidden commands in their resumes to manipulate AI filters, a practice that is gaining traction across social media platforms like TikTok and Reddit. This phenomenon, known as ‘White Fonting’, involves writing invisible text that instructs AI to rank them higher, raising ethical questions about the integrity of the hiring process.

The South Korean shipbuilding industry is experiencing a remarkable boom, with the three major companiesHyundai Heavy Industries, Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, and Samsung Heavy Industrieshiring over 4,000 new employees last year alone.
